Dear CLHits and Craigslist Companion Users,

I am really sorry about this. Turns out my hosting company is shutting me off and holding my files and database hostage because they said my domain name contains the word “craigslist”.

I ask them to temporarily lift the ban so that I can backup my files and database. But they say no.

However, I was able to register a new domain name clhits.com which does not contain the word “craigslist” and host it on a different hosting provider.

Since my old hosting company shut me access to the old database, You guys will need to register again on [1] http://craigslistcompanion.clhits.com/clstats/

and in the future, the site will be [2] http://www.clhits.com

I am deeply very sorry for this inconvenience. I will continue to work with my old hosting company and demand the database back.
